This Law sets the organization and functioning of the natural gas sector (liquid petroleum gas or LPG, biogas and gas from biomass or other types of gases if these gases can be technically and safely transported through the grid), including the conditions for safe, quality and sustainable supply of natural gas to customers, further determining the manner for the production, transport, distribution, supply and storage of natural gas on the territory of the Republic of Srpska (autonomous province part of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina).
The Law is divided into XVIII Chapters and 64 articles, including the offences and consequential penalties (see Chapter XVII).
