These Measures, consisting of 34 articles, aim to regulate the grain and oil storage activities, maintain the grain circulation order, and protect national food security.
Grain and oil storage units must comply with national laws, regulations and the relevant provisions, implement the national and local grain circulation policies and food emergency plan, implement the national and local warehouse and storage management system and standards, accept professional guidance of the administrative department of food. The food administration departments shall carry out supervision and inspection.
