This Order sets regulations with regard to the discharge of pollutants in the environment and the registration thereof through the Pollutant Release and Transfer Register (PRTR). Reporting of green accounts shall be registered in the PRTR by commercial entities involved in activities listed under Regulation (EC) No. 166/2006. The registering shall include information on exceeding authorized quantities of water, air and land emissions, transfer of hazardous waste and pollutants in wastewater. This data shall be collected and reported for the entire calandear year.
