The Order partly amends Order No. 37 with regard to revision clause in contractual agreements for subsidy implementing article 46 of Commission Regulation (EC) No. 1974/2006 of 15 December 2006 on the implementation of Council Regulation (EC) No. 1698/2005 on support for rural development by the European Agricultural Fund for Rural Development (EAFRD). A topografic map is necessary to ensure the exact extension of land's registration.
