The present Ordinance implements the Environment Protection Act of 2008 and European Parliament and the Council Directive 94/62/EC on packaging and packaging waste of 20 December 1994. In particular, the Ordinance regulates the prevention and recycling of packaging waste in order to reduce waste and emission of harmful substances.
