This Regulation changes the term ‘license’ into ‘environment license’ used in first 9 articles and in articles 22 and 23 of the Regulation on waste oils. It further repeals Article 24 and Annex 6 of the same regulation.

The provisions of this Regulation are governed by the Minister of Environment and Forestry.
