This Regulation prescribes the conditions of the animals for fairs, transport and trade approval process and the content, form and manner of keeping proper records and registers.
The responsible person of the fair activity shall, at least one working day before the scheduled arrival and collection of animals at the fair, inform the authorized inspection organization that is responsible for the area where the fair is held.
The official/authorized veterinarian performs documentary, identity and physical examination of animals before entering the fair.
The Annex is an integral part of this Regulation.

With the entry into force of this Regulation, the Regulation on the conditions to be met by assembly centers, fairs, dealers and transporters of animals (Official Gazette 98/08) in the part related to the fair, will be no longer in use.
