This Regulation prescribes all necessary measures and standards, conditions and technical-hygienic requirements to be met by the facilities on the territory of the Croatian Republic and related to the animal housing or animal shelters, as: animal shelters; animal sanitary services.
The provisions prescribed by this Regulation are also aimed to regulate some technical aspects of animal shelters as: the methods of construction, technical planning, equipment, operation, veterinary and sanitary order and hygiene procedures and requirements.
