This Regulation sets various rules aimed to control and regulate the discharge conditions for discharging of waste water into public sewerage, some additional public sewerage protection measures, limit values as regards the hazardous and harmful substances that can be discharged into the public sewerage, as well as the way of performing the quality control on related waste waters.
Article 3 states that the protection of the public sewage system from the effects of dangerous and harmful waste substances is done with the aim of protection against mechanical influences, protection against flammable and explosive substances, protection against chemical toxic and other harmful substances, protection against radioactive substances, protection against contaminated water.
