This Regulation determines the provisions and rules regarding the payment (also methods of calculation) of plastic waste related environmental taxes.
These provisions are meant for plastic bags for packaging (mass-product formation, also defined by the article 13 of the Law on waste management).
These payments/charges will not be paid by legal entities/persons who participate in the collective system certified as reuse, recycling and/or recovery waste process.
