The purpose of this Regulation of the Minister of Environment is to promote reduction of greenhouse gas emissions. The following projects can be implemented on Polish territory as common projects: (1) reduction or avoidance of greenhouse gas emission from energy production; (2) use of waste energy; (3) reduction or avoidance of greenhouse gas emission from industrial processes; (4) reduction or avoidance of methane emission; (5) reduction or avoidance of greenhouse gas emission from transport; (6) reduction or avoidance of emission or absorption resulting from land use, changing way of land use or forestry.
