This Regulation provides measures for imports of fresh meat into the Croatian Republic from foreign countries, their regions, zones or compartments, that is allowed if they are on the list of countries attached to this Regulation and if not in effective ban of exports for fresh meat linked to animal health.
Import shipments are allowed only from establishments approved by the European Union, or facilities approved by the related Ministry.
The Annex is an integral part of this Regulation.
This Regulation provides measures for imports of fresh meat into the Croatian Republic from foreign countries, their regions, zones or compartments, that is allowed if they are on the list of countries attached to this Regulation and if not in effective ban of exports for fresh meat linked to animal health.
Upon the entry into force of this Regulation, the Regulation on the list of countries, their regions, zones or compartments from which imports of fresh meat into the Republic of Croatia is permitted (Official Gazette 130/09) will be no longer in use.
