This Regulation of the Government of the Republic of Slovenia, which is composed of 60 articles and three Annexes, establishes provisions concerning production, marketing and use of packaging and other requirements for the collection, reuse, recovery and disposal of packaging waste. The provisions of this Regulation apply to all packaging placed on the market and all packaging waste generated from industry, trade, commerce, services and other activities, households, or elsewhere, regardless of the packaging material. For the purposes of these provisions packaging means all products of any material, designed to goods regardless of whether raw materials or products, surrounded for storage or protection.
