This Regulation prescribes the manner of marking of the big game with evidential stamps, the manner of issuing and maintaining records of the Issued and used stamps, the form of the certificate of wildlife and related facts, and the record-keeping of the traffic with wildlife and its parts.
The Annex is an integral part of this Regulation.
