This Regulation prescribes the minimum measures and rules for the mandatory control of African swine fever present in animals on the territory of the Croatian Republic.
This Regulation also provides all necessary requirements governing over the monitoring, reporting, data collection, cancellation of reported disease, communication with competent bodies and authorities and official reporting process to the European Commission and similar.
The Annex is an integral part of this Regulation.
