This Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development, which is composed of four paragraphs and one Annex, establishes the national referential laboratories acting as national referential laboratories specified in art.33 point 1 of the Regulation (EC) No. 882/2004 of the European Parliament and of the Council on official controls performed to ensure the verification of compliance with feed and food law, animal health and animal welfare rules. The national referential laboratories competent at individual types of testing feedstuffs are specified in Annex.
