This Regulation defines requirements for storage facilities for herbage and/or herbs, including the minimum conditions for trade, primary storage, processing and handling of herbs on the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria (also for medicinal plants).
The provisions here stipulated are aimed to avoid possible contamination and/or damage to herbs, also by providing technical issues and characteristics, and several rules to be respected by related operators (including administrative requirements, packaging, labelling and transport rules, and sanitary and hygienic conditions for such facilities).
The Annex is also part of this text.
