This Regulation adopts standards and measures part of the following Council documents: Commission Regulation (EC) no. 1235/2008 of 8 December 2008 laying down detailed rules for the implementation of Council Regulation (EC) no. 834/2007 regarding the regime for imports of organic products from third countries (OJ L 334, 12.12.2008); Commission Regulation (EC) no. 889/2008 of 5 September 2008 laying down detailed rules for the implementation of Council Regulation (EC) no. 834/2007 on organic production and labelling of organic products with regard to organic production, labelling and professional control (OJ L 250, 18.9.2008).
This Regulation prescribes the duties of the Ministry responsible of agriculture and related to the implementation of standards part of the Council Regulations regarding the ecological production to be adopted and implemented on the territory of the Croatian Republic.
The Annex is an integral part of this Regulation.
