This Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development, which is composed of 12 paragraphs, establishes: (1) required professional qualifications for: evaluation of field seed material, taking samples of seed material, laboratory examination, evaluation of external properties of seeds of potatoes; (2) room conditions and technical equipment required for laboratory evaluation of seed material; (3) equipment requirement for taking samples of seed material; (4) scope and way of supervision concerning described activities; (5) scope and deadline of passing reports from laboratory evaluation to the provincial inspector of plant and seed protection; (6) minimal number of evaluations and minimal number of samples taken in the given period.
