This Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development, which is composed of eight articles and one Annex, establishes: (1) way of keeping the register of enterprises producing fodders or placing fodders on the market (specified in the appropriate EC provisions); (2) way of keeping the index of enterprises approved due to art. 13 of the Commission Regulation No. 183/2005; (3) way of keeping the index of entities carrying out activities being the subject to registration; (4) scope of data and information entered into the register of enterprises and the indexes specified above.
