The present Regulation enacts the Environment Quality Act. Anatomical biomedical waste and biomedical waste from outside Québec shall be treated by incineration and non-anatomical biomedical waste shall be treated by disinfection or incineration. The text consists of 66 sections divided into 4 Parts as follows: Scope (I); Management of biomedical waste; Certificate of authorization (III); Penalties (IV). Four Schedules are enclosed.
