This Regulation of the Minister of Environment, which is composed of six paragraphs and two Annexes, concerns publishing information on the environment and environmental protection, participation of the public in the environmental protection and environmental impact assessment (EIA). This Regulation establishes: (1) the way of publishing information; (2) minimal scope of available information (specified in Annex 1); (3) the form of presented information; (4) frequency of the update of information (specified in Annex 2).
