The present Ordinance implements the Fertilizer Act of 9 January 2009. The Ordinance applies to anyone who pirates waste-water treatment plants and surrenders or intends to surrender sewage sludge for application on agriculturally or horticulturally used soils and anyone who applies or intends to apply sewage sludge on agriculturally or horticulturally used soils. Three Annexes are enclosed.
