The purpose of the present Ordinance is to implement the Council Regulation (EC) No. 1782/2003 establishing common rules for direct support schemes under the common agricultural policy and establishing certain support schemes for farmers of 29 September 2003 and Council Regulation (EC) No. 73/2009 establishing common rules for direct support schemes for farmers under the common agricultural policy and establishing certain support schemes for farmers of 19 January 2001, as well as the Single Farm Payment Scheme Implementing Act of 21 July 2004. The text - consisting of 22 articles - deals, inter alia, with the following aspects: general provisions, difficult cases, farmers in special situations, newcomers, regional average, use of subsidies.
