With the purpose of approximating the laws of Cyprus with the European legislation and in accordance with articles 14(2) and 32(1) of the principal Law, the Minister of Agriculture, Natural Resources and the Environment publishes in the Annexes attached to these Regulations, the various formats in which the registers for disposal of waste (hazardous and non-hazardous) must be kept.
With the purpose of approximating the laws of Cyprus with the European legislation and in accordance with articles 14(2) and 32(1) of the principal Law, the Minister of Agriculture, Natural Resources and the Environment publishes in the Annexes attached to these Regulations, the various formats in which the registers for disposal of waste (hazardous and non-hazardous) must be kept.
The issuance of this Order is made pursuant to articles 14(2) and 32(1) of the Solid and Hazardous Waste Law of 2002.
