This Act makes amendments in several Acts. It amends Section 9 of the National Parks Act as regards taking into account physical planning considerations by the Director while exercising his powers. Section 66 of the Land Act is amended regarding planning permission for land subdivision and consolidation. Sections 31, 42 and 71 of the Mining Act are amended relating to the grant of mining lease considering physical planning. It also amends Section 20 of the Harbours Board Act as regards taking into account physical planning considerations by the Board while exercising its powers. Section 4(7) of the Environmental Planning Act is amended regarding the submission of environmental plan taking into account physical planning considerations.
